The Most Beautiful Tree in Chesterfield

The tree is so beautiful that most years it looks fake. It is a great place to take family photos. There is a very limited amount of time that it looks splendid.

Army Dudes

Thank to Mr Jason and the girls they can "play army" with the best of them. Thanks again! This are their serious faces. They really are having a good day.

Library Field Trip

We had a lot of fun at the library. Ran into Miss Shea and her girls. The boys were excited because we got to "go behind the scenes" and look in the room behine the desk. Too funny. They got to see the little room and the bins the books drop into when you stick them into the night drop. Ooooo! LOL! You should see the atack of books we came home with.

Soccer 2008

Both boys have enjoyed soccer again this year. Neither are very competitive when it comes to playing. They like to have fun. Here are a couple of pictures of them posing and playing.

Afternoon Project

The boys worked very hard on their project today. A little art, a little construction with lots of imagination. Loads of fun and 3-D with signs installed in strategic places.

My newest adventure. Canning!

The picture on the left is everything I have canned so far. Apple butter and apple sauce. It's about 17 1/2 pints total. That is the result of three canning sessions. Next I want to can some pie filling. My sister in law and brother in law have apple trees and have been nice enough to give us a ton of apples. I have also made a apple cake and pie. That's a lot of apples!

Movie Night

My boys got together to watch a movie. The "boy" in the white fur coat is Ivan and he is in love with my sweetheart. To funny! I got him to be my lap cat. LOL!! FYI - This picture was not posed. It's the way I found them when I came down.
